Edit an account and its balance

Where: Accounts → ⋮ → Edit / Edit balance

Rename the account

1. Click Accounts in the left rail.
2. Click ⋮ on the account and choose Edit.
3. Change the Name.
4. Pick the Category: Personal or Prop firm. For a prop account, choose the firm, or Other and type the Firm name.
5. Click Save.

Set your real balance

1. Click ⋮ → Edit balance.
2. Click Set current balance.
3. Type the Balance today and the Date of the movement.
4. Click Record adjustment. The difference is saved as a deposit or a withdrawal.

Add a deposit or withdrawal

1. In Edit balance, click Add movement.
2. Pick the Type: Deposit or Withdrawal. Fill in Date, Amount and, if you like, Notes.
3. Click Add.

What's on the screen

1. Set current balance: enter today's balance; the difference is recorded for you.
2. Add movement: add a deposit or a withdrawal.
3. Movement row: each balance change, by date. Use its icons to edit or delete it.
4. Suggestion: the balance your broker reports; click Apply to use it.
